At the centre of the CDJ-1500X is a 10.1-inch full-colour capacitive touchscreen, giving you a clear view of your library and performance information. Light and Dark display modes make the screen easy to read in different environments, whether you are playing in a dark club, a bright venue or a daytime event.

Flexible Music Access

The CDJ-1500X is built for modern DJ workflows. Alongside USB playback, it supports rekordbox, Serato DJ Pro, DJay, CloudDirectPlay and rekordbox StreamingDirectPlay, giving compatible users access to cloud libraries and supported streaming services directly from the player.

Built-in Wi-Fi, wired LAN and NFC login help make setup quicker, while QR code login gives DJs another simple way to access their connected services. This makes the CDJ-1500X especially useful in venues where multiple DJs need to change over smoothly.

Compact Design for Professional Setups

With a smaller footprint than flagship full-size CDJ models, the CDJ-1500X is easier to fit into compact booths, bars, lounges, restaurants, mobile rigs and home DJ setups. It can be combined with a wide range of DJ mixers, turntables and other equipment, giving you the freedom to build the setup that suits your space and playing style.

Despite its compact size, it retains professional features such as PRO DJ LINK, Hot Cues, Beat Loop, Beat Jump and a high-quality jog wheel feel, making it a practical choice for serious DJ use.

Audience Interaction with CoBeat

The CDJ-1500X is compatible with CoBeat, AlphaTheta’s audience interaction platform. This allows people in the venue to send song requests and messages from their smartphones, which the DJ can view directly on the CDJ-1500X screen. It is a useful feature for bars, private events and interactive DJ sets where reading the room and responding to the crowd is part of the performance.

Professional Sound and Connectivity

AlphaTheta has designed the CDJ-1500X to deliver clear, detailed sound across a wide range of music styles. It features RCA audio outputs, USB Type-A and USB Type-C connections, a LAN port for PRO DJ LINK and wireless LAN connectivity.

The player supports popular file formats including MP3, AAC, WAV, AIFF, Apple Lossless and FLAC, making it suitable for a wide range of DJ libraries.

The Pioneer DJ DJM-A9 boasts huge upgrades compared to its predecessor, the DJM-900NXS2. The next-generation club sound comes from new, high-quality 32-bit A/D and D/A converters from ESS Technology on the channel inputs and both master and booth outputs. The extensive development in this area means this mixer provides stunningly clear sound quality on and dance floor and in the booth.

The main controls have all evolved too to improve playability. The DM-A9 features increased spacing around the EQ knobs, bright LEDs in the channel section, optimised frequency response on the isolators and slicker channel faders than the DJM-900NXS2. Plus the crossfader has been upgraded to a third-generation MAGVEL FADER for extended life and improved feel.

The FX have always been a killer feature with Pioneer DJ club standard mixers and these sections have also been upgraded too. The Sound Color FX now have the World's first Centre Lock switch. Engage this feature for the Sound Color FX and each knob will stop turning when you reach the centre position so you can’t go too far and accidentally switch from the hi/low to the opposite parameter. A new colour display helps you to quickly and accurately understand the status of the selected Beat FX, and it features lighting that corresponds with the X-Pad’s horizontal arrangement, enabling more intuitive control with a simple finger slide. There are 14 Beat FX to play with including 3 new ones: Mobius, Triplet Fliter, and Triplet Roll.
