DJs will feel at home with the Club-Standard Layout featuring mechanical jog wheels and DJM style mixer section. The jog wheels include the Jog Feel tension adjust from the CDJ-2000NXS2 and a new high resolution on jog display. There are 4 display modes to choose from depending on whether you want to focus on the deck information, waveforms, track artwork or display your own logo.

For the first time ever on a Pioneer DJ controller the DDJ-FLX10 features a multicoloured jog ring which indicates the different parts of the track that are playing when you're using the Track Separation features. You can even customise the colours to your preferred look.

Simply load the regular songs from your music library and create remixes and mash-ups on the fly by independently manipulating the 3 key parts of the music: vocals, drums, and inst (other instruments including bass and synths). There are dedicated colour-coded buttons to control each part, so you’ll always have a clear visual grasp of what’s playing and this features works with both rekordbox and Serato DJ Pro. There are multiple ways to control the separated tracks giving you unlimited options for new creative mixes.

ACTIVE PART & PART ISO - Individually adjust the volume for the vocals, drums, or inst, or mute them completely.

FX PART SELECT - Choose which parts of a track you want to apply Colour of Beat effects to.

PART INSTANT DOUBLES - Isolate a specific part of the track (vocal, drums, or inst) and transfer it to another deck to manipulate with EQ and performance pads.

rekordbox and Serato DJ Pro both integrate with Spotify Premium, Apple Music, Beatport, Beatsource, Tidal and Soundcloud Go+/DJ giving you access to millions of tracks with a subscription. Currently the STEM and recording functions are not supported with streamed music.

The new Mix Point Link feature is a completely new playback concept in rekordbox to help with seamless transitions. It enables you to create slick musical progression in your sets by linking mix points in tracks so the next song kicks in at the perfect moment. You might set the next track to start from the beginning of its melody when the vocal of the current song ends, ensuring a seamless transition without a sound clash. There’s no need to count down or press play manually, which also leaves your hands free to create mash-ups or add effects.

The DDJ-FLX10 has a DMX output for the rekordbox Lighting function allowing you to connect it directly to professional effects lighting. Simply connect DMX-compatible lighting equipment to the controller and use rekordbox to create custom lighting shows, or set the software to automatically adapt the colour and movement of the lights to liven up your performances with lighting effects that match the mood of the tracks you play.
